Great location! I loved the stay but our air conditioning was leaking water the whole time. So the floor was always wet. Otherwise- great hotel, great location and I would stay there again!

The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately our overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we were only staying for one night. We specifically booked and paid for a Premium King Strip View room, but that is not what we received. Instead, our view was primarily of the mountains and Trump Towers, with no real Strip view, and we were assigned a room at the very end of the hallway, one of the furthest rooms from the elevators. This was particularly disappointing because we specifically paid a premium for the Strip View room category. There was also a frustrating lack of communication from the moment we arrived. While our room was being prepared, we wanted to enjoy the pool, but no one clearly explained how we were supposed to access it without a room key. We received contradictory information from staff about a facility access key: one employee told us they do not provide them, while another later told us they could provide one. We spent far too much time being redirected and simply trying to figure out how to get into the pool. Redeeming the benefits included with our package was another unnecessary runaround. We had difficulty figuring out where and how to receive the complimentary bottle of wine. Our Expedia reservation also advertised “Free dining for 2 (once per stay),” but once we arrived, we learned that this actually meant one food order/item for two people to share. That is certainly not what we reasonably understood

The front desk clerk and concierge were amazing! Welcoming and worked hard with any instance that came up. The La Fontaine was so delicious and made my daughter’s brunch very special. The pool was understaffed and had empty drinks and food all along the bar and on the tables and furniture on our first time(1st impression) The next day the pool servers were excellent and fun. The room had a few cleanliness issues, but rectified right away. We noticed that for such a nice hotel the white doors were dirty with lots of black scuff marks taking away from the aesthetics -need a Mr. Clean it wasn’t just one it was the entire hallway. Also we wanted to take a cute picture near the elevator - with the phone and chair but there was a dirty dish there for almost 30 hours. We went to Komodo, be aware many offerings include peanuts or peanut oil. I enjoyed it but my guest was allergic and didn’t have many choices. It is delicious just be aware because I actually switched restaurants because the other had many peanut products on menu. They worked hard to find items for my guest. All in all a solid four rating the staff we encountered were fantastic! It really was a beautiful hotel with many Michelin level staff! Delta and Alfredo were our favorite.
