Stayed at Champton Hanoi and had a pretty good time! The breakfast buffet was awesome, rooms were comfy. But, the pool was under renovation, and we heard drilling sounds above our room on the first day – a heads-up would’ve been nice. They should offer an accommodation coupon or something as compensation. Also, more drinking water in the room would be great.

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

每位職員，不論任何部門皆十分有禮及笑容滿面。 今次原本訂了一房兩床的家庭房，後來被Upgrade到兩房的家庭房，接待職員Ms Kim真的十分好，交房給你之前，不會以為upgrade你就一定會接受，而是會先帶你們去看看原本的房間及upgrade後的房間去比較及作出選擇，在國外旅遊多年了，入住酒店時被upgrade房間已遇過很多次，但今次先帶你去看看才讓你作出選擇，真的十分貼心及對旅客十分尊重。 另外房間及洗手間的衛生良好，而早餐亦十分美味。酒店位置理想，不論機場巴士及各景點及出名的美食皆可步行前往。下次有機會一定會再次入住。

酒店位置非常方便,附近有很多非常好的食店。 客房房間大,牀舒適,正體都很整潔,我們預訂古城景,後來升級有露台,非常舒適,十分感謝酒店的安排。 早餐都很豐富美味,中西越的食物也有,任君選擇。 至於員工,他們都非常有禮,熱情招侍,令你感到很愉快,尤其是下午上班的那位驕小女接待員,非常有禮,很負責任,各樣事情都辦得盡善盡美,真是一位好員工。
