Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Located a block from the lake, the Hotel Solis is in the most charming neighborhood. The lake is a favorite spot for exercising and picture taking. There is an abundance of restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is modern and up to date in both fashion and services. Be sure to have the staff book your airport car. The breakfast is fabulous, with both continental and Asian cuisine. In addition to the buffet that is extensive there is also a chef available for eggs and omelets. The EXCELLENT bellmen, desk staff and maids make for the BEST place to stay in Hanoi!

The staff were extremely helpful and made us welcome and comfortable. They recommended restaurants and booked tours for us.

Angela was helpful from the beginning. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of everything and had everything we needed. It is the old quarter so there is some age to the building, but the rooms are remodeled with new bathrooms, furniture, and all other basic amenities. Highly recommend this was perfect
