The spa was relatively good however a little small

I booked the double loft room which was cosy but functional. There was not much space to move around but had a comfy bed and nice shower. Sadly there was no desk in the room as it was quite small and there were no real facilities to work from when downstairs (there is a restaurant on the ground floor). The staff did allow me to work from a high table near the entryway but it really was not suitable. There are other establishments nearby that you can work from (cafe / restaurants) and it was nice area to explore. The staff were lovely, very courteous and accommodating. The food was nice and the atmosphere in the restaurant was vibrant and interesting as a solo traveller. I think if you are travelling for work you would need to book a much bigger room but as a tourist it is a lovely quaint hotel in a great part of Stockholm.

Excellent staff and accommodations .

The hotel is in the midst of Gamla Stan (Old Town) with easy access to area shops and venues. Also nearby is a main shopping district and other attractions. Most of all, the staff was amazing. Pleasant and helpful.

The elevator was under repair for the duration of our stay. They were also renovating the floor we were staying on - blue plastic everywhere. Our room was beautiful, but the carpet was really old with noticeable stains throughout the room. Less than mediocre.

A charming hotel in a lovely area with shops nearby.

It’s lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant attached, although the ventilation in the rooms could do with a thoroughly deep clean/blowout and check as we all came away with sore throats and colds as the amount of dust was noticeable whenever the various spotlights were on, so we tried to spend as little time in the rooms as possible.

Location is perfect if you looking downtown or old town. It has an elevator by that door to the train station. Nice and well decorated room. Old but charming and well maintained elevators. Good breakfast. Great value.
