Hôtel 5 étoiles ? Absolument pas, un accueil vraiment pas terrible, point positif pour le service de bagageries c’est jeunes hommes sont adorables et pour le personnels du parking. Parking supplément de 15€ alors que ce n’est pas le prix indiqué. La soit disant magnifique piscine en rooftop et fermer pour travaux (aucun investissement sur le site). Supplément de 50€ par personne pour l’accès au spa, tarif non spécifié également. La chambre est défraîchi ( photos) + l’évier qui fuit, tout sa pour la petite somme de 123€. Très déçu et une chose est sûr on ne vous le conseille pas.

La terrazza merita il viaggio, non ho mai visto una vista così spettacolare. Sul servizio, si può certamente migliorare ma è anche vero che si stanno "attrezzando" visto l'anomalo flusso di turisti. Cibo super eccellente, davvero. La seafood salad da mille e una notte ;-)

Molto soddisfatti della stanza e dell'albergo in generale. Il personale era molto simpatico ed accogliente. Ci torneremo volentieri nel futuro. La stanza era molto grande e la pulizia era fatta ogni giorno.

The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything above that are residences. they offered me another room on the same floor but that doesn't solve the problem because all the noise is the same. also the person next door was vomiting profusely at 5: 00am and I could hear that. since I felt I couldn't get away from the noise, I decided to leave and go to another place. The manager wasn't in that day. she doesn't speak any English. The guy at the bar speaks some English. so communication is a real problem at this place. went back the next day. the manager is not there again. she's hardly ever there. went back the second day and she told me she wasn't giving me a refund via email. I reported them to hotels.com about their false advertising. it's not soundproof, you don't get a coffee tea hot pot. I asked for one. I never got it. I never saw the ironing board. that too is also listed as an amenity. I do not recommend these apartments. they're noisy. there's a bar downstairs on the the ground floor adding to noise.

Clean room, good breakfast with an amazing roof top view, 2 minutes walk to the promenade.
