Nice clean room with very you would expect from a hotel room. Parking is not included and it’s an additional $30/night for a basement parking, or street parking is available. Entrance foyer is run down and dated, but staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very good and within walking distance of most attractions in Takapuna Beach.
