It was a nice looking room but for a “suite” it was lack luster. The staff were very dry to me as an individual as if I were stereotyped upon arrival which was a bit discouraging. The overall experience for me was a 6 outta 10

Everything is great, except the fact that cigarette smoke infiltrates every part of the hotel, including your bedroom. And we were on the 17th floor. Sore throat for the entire stay and a couple days after.
