The lobby is on the 3rd floor which was out of the ordinary… you come in to only elevators… I’m guessing it’s a safety precaution but very inconvenient for guests… especially if no-one is there to let you in initially. 1 elevator was being serviced during our stay… so we waited a long time for elevators. ...
