Megijima Island Kid friendly Holidays

The stay was generally quite nice. One small issue we had was that there were many kids staying in the room next to us and they were making a lot of noise late at night around 10:30. Otherwise the hotel offers many nice services. The onsen have several options including open-air, laying baths, and a larger indoor bath. Additionally they have an interesting waterfall shower where the water falls in a stream on your head. They also have 4 private baths that can be quite busy as they are on a first come first serve basis. There is free laundry that also had a short wait. They offer a few complimentary food items as well. I tried the late night ramen which I found tasty. We booked a room with a private open-air bath attached because my wife has tattoos which are not allowed to be shown in the public baths. This let us bathe right out a door from our accommodation which was quite convenient and enjoyable.

Hotel has a perfect location easy for shopping and dining, while at the same time close to train station and harbour giving easy access to different places. Front desk staff also helps to fix the TV displaying problem too.
