Good location very nice staff

New hotel, clean and quiet room. Staff. Including trainee staff, restaurant waiters and waitresses, very friendly and considerate. Location is absolutely convenience, you can’t complaint a hotel which stations at the heart of the shopping area and at the same time on the top of the subway station.

其實覺得酒店一般，酒店冷氣與睡床擺放位置很不好，導致夜晚睡覺時很熱，因為當中牆身把冷氣的風擋住了。把冷氣調到最冷也沒用。另外一個問題是廚房的窗太光了，早上五點就被弄醒了。 值得一讚是洗手間真的很大，很舒服。還有就是酒店很方便，非常近博多運河城，而且有很多居酒屋。

在博多車站旁交通方便，設備中規中矩，之前有告知這次是生日旅行，雖然沒有額外服務但有贈送可愛的玩偶小熊，服務人員都很禮貌，以價格來說覺得cp值不錯

酒店地點非常方便，有專屬地鐵出口，落雨唔需要帶遮就可以返到酒店。房間偏細，但可以開到一個28吋行李箱，張床很舒服，最值得一提係個花灑同風筒，沖涼沖得好舒服，吹頭勁快就吹乾，返到香港都要搵吓嗰隻牌子嘅產品

great services and arrangement

因之前颱風而冇去呢間酒店今次第一次去福岡再選擇返呢一間酒店，去到都有啲失望😞酒店房門口位置頂上出風口罩突然掉咗下來，回來返酒店房開門時＇開不到要找酒店人員問點解都答唔到？之後都肯幫我換房 處理都好快，同附近交通都方便

這邊的員工每個都非常親切又貼心，服務細心態度滿分，對小朋友很友善，與在九州的其他間住宿不同，在住宿期間讓人感覺非常心情愉悅，讓我們假期也很愉快。
