Apartment, not hotell.

The apartment suite was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free, making the stay even more convenient. There were plenty of food options available right beside the apartment, which was very useful. The location was excellent, being near KLCC and within walking distance to the public train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it is a great choice for travellers looking for convenience, accessibility, and value for money.

Room was not well maintained. My wife found bugs on bed. Sofa has obvious wear out. Space is big, but furnishing feels like one star with poor service. We switched to another hotel as the result.

Cleaned rooms and facilities. Small and not a whole lot of activity options. A bit far from everything, but if you’re looking to relax it’s the right place.

When we showed up it took the host over an hour to meet with us, the room was not like the pictures, it smelled so bad , and the host did not want to give us a refund avoid this property at all cost

I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. Good luck if you choose this location, it is far from the description provided by Expedia. Yes somewhat clean. Staff? What staff? Family friendly? Absolutely nothing connected to such friendliness. Pools, Yes 2 perhaps 3. Nice pools.without question.
