The location was exceptional and very convenient. However, the bed and mattress were not quite what we expected and didn’t match the description. We specifically chose two twin beds in each room, but they ended up being single beds instead. On the positive side, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially the concierge, John, who was wonderful and made our stay more pleasant. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we hope the room descriptions and bed arrangements can be more accurate in the future.

An excellent and wonderful hotel! This was my second stay, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I return to Singapore. However, I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to two minor issues. First, despite letting them know in advance that we would be arriving early, one of our two rooms wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 PM), and we didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM. Second, the pillows provided are only available in a standard size and softness. While the firmness happened to be perfect for me, they weren't suitable for my wife. We requested an alternative, and while the staff were very cooperative and provided another one, it still didn't work out. The hotel would benefit greatly from offering a pillow menu with different options.

There was a mix up with the pre booked taxi from the airport, not the hotel’s responsibility, which meant we arrived at the hotel very tired after an overnight flight from London. The receptionist was so helpful and arranged for us to have early access to our room, which had a great view over the bay. There was a very good selection at breakfast. Overall we had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the staff who were very polite and helpful.

Strategic location located infront of Chijmes and walkable to Bugis. There's a nearby MTR station too. However, the a/c is not working well (during night/midnight the room often become hot not stable) and there's need of changing the amenities such as pillow (the pillow quality is obviously been over used) .. I would says the Rates is quite high looking into the quality and as well as the front desk service. First, asked for late check out. Without checking in system, the staff rejected me with the reason of high occupancy which is on a Monday. No afford of checking. (2) I wanted to unload a stuff from my car to have the concierge sent it to my room. Instead, at first the bellman refused says is not their job and asked to approach concierge. Then, my thing was not sent to my room but left in the storage room (no issue with it as I am checking out the next day). But I can see staff aren't friendly or helpful. Except the housekeeper.
