I did not expect scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Very welcome and lovely selection of bread.

My room was not clean (hair in the bathroom/sticky furniture), no towels at all in the bathroom. Was given twin beds even when I booked the Family suite with king bed. The reception said hotel was fully booked the first night so we did a sleepless night with toddler in the "Family suite" but they were nice enough to change us to a different room the next day and things were fine after that. The 3 star review is specifically for the first horrible night.

From check in Staff, to Restaurant & Bar - Everyone that worked there was very helpful, kind and friendly. Food & rooms were wonderful!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean, great staff, and good location for sightseeing and catching the metro.

Great place to stay. The staff was very accommodating. The sauna and the steam room is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The price of the mini bar was ludicrous and for a 5* we expected a bit more inclusive as part of our stay. A lovely place in the heart of Copenhagen.
