Overall is good, front desk staff are helpful, location is excellent, the facilities are clean and room is spacious. Only a few disappointments like when my stay nearly come to an end ( something like the 9th night out of 12 nights stay)and the body wash went out... the housekeeping staff seemed just put water into the bottle. Sometimes housing keeping staff didn't clean up my room, once I left the room in noon and came back at 11pm, and the room is untouched. However, it's still a nice place to stay and I am willing to visit this hotel again.

We have stayed 5 nights with my family. It was really good times and enjoyed the trip. Good staff, kind courtesy, convinient location. Everything gave me precious memories. I really want to stay this hotel on the next time as well, if I have a chance to visit Perth.
