Floors in our room were dirty. Stains on one bed cover. Has to be changed. No one to do it. I had to change it myself.

If you are single female travellers it will be better to avoid staying in this area. From Granville bridge enter the downtown there are homeless/ drug users on the side of the street. The hotel room is small and worn out. However staff are nice and helpful.

I love staying at the PanPacific Vancouver, whenever I visit Vancouver I stay at the PanPacific. The views are incredible, the staff are very friendly. Pool is wonderful. 2 out of 4 elevators were not working this was due to Otis elevator company delay with parts.

1st day there was no water in the shower, although maintenance crew was very prompt on fixing it within hour because it was late night. We had to wait for them took away one star

Our room was clean, quiet and the small details made our stay. From the water to the snacks and shower. Didnt get to the rooftop pool but had a look , seemed well cared for. Overall decor was very well thought out.
