From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). Amazing property, and amazing dining options, fantastic pool areas for kids and adults, great spot for the private beach. Unfortunately poor quality bathrooms, broken tiles, broken bathroom door, bathroom door lock - literally falling off the door!!!
