The staff were amazing! So helpful

The hotel is outdated and worn. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, 3 star at most. There’s no rooftop bar or any rooftop.

This is a smaller hotel located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We booked a room with a queen bed plus one extra single bed, which was large enough for us. The staff were very warm and friendly. It was easy to book taxi's (Grab's)for getting around. The breakfast was very pleasant. Thanks for a Splendid time.

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Amenities were satisfactory and the room was clean.

I've stayed at an incredible number of hotels and this was one of my favs. Amazing staff courteous, friendly, and going out of their way to help. Can't say enough about them. The hotel is cozy, very well appointed,with a comfortably upscale feel. Same for the rooms. The location is perfect for walking Old Town, shopping, spas, and dining. Highly recommended.

Good size apartment. Neat and clean. One of the bathroom had a smell

It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.

The receptionist with the glasses was very cute and very helpful
