This was in a central location close to shopping, dining and the subway station. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Staff was very kind. Room was a tad small, but I think that is to be expected for Tokyo. Location was in a quieter area, but still very close to main shopping areas.

The rooms are well organized, and we took 9 pieces of luggage between the 3 of us, everything had a small place to be stored. If you need plenty of space, then this hotel is probably not for you. Our stay was comfortable, spent most of our days out, and it had a convenient location to walk to the stations and restaurants. Overall is a good option.

Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!
