房間非常乾淨、寬敞！房間就有洗衣機，超級加分！

酒店位置非常好,鄰近地鐵站,附近各類便利店和餐廳也很足夠,整體來說,酒店住宿的體驗是很好的.

房內洗衣機有烘乾功能非常方便,亦有焗爐和微波爐可使用,各類餐具亦齊全,客房整潔,所以不錯 缺點是4人房只有2張椅子,酒店附近沒有餐廳,要回到上野車站

Too small for 5 people a room

Food quality was not value for money, in particular the western type breakfast in which some food were not hot enough.

The hotel room was spacious enough for children, and the property offers a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. The only drawback was the lengthy check-in process, which took nearly 40 minutes.

Great for big group of family. The room is very spacious and close to all the shops, restaurant and attractions. Especially like its room setting is like a typical Japanese apartment which gave us another experience. There are also family games to borrow at the lobby and all the cooking utensils. Each room has its own washing and drying machine really helps our trip.
