Nice to have a mini bus ride to the MTR and back to the hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean property. Only wish the window could be slightly opened to let in fresh air.

Nice stay with a wonderful view

The room is very rundown. Kitchen cabinet missing 1 door, toilet ventilation too loud. The whole room needs to be refurbished badly. The FOH is very helpful. But the coffee house place where we had our breakfast, was so-so only.

It was excellent hotel. SUPER!!!

1. I checked in this hotel on midnight of July 3 and payed for my stays. When I checked out on July 5, I wanted to change the payment. The guy in the front desk refused it because of hotel's policy. This hotel can accept the payment change during one day. I have never experienced this kind of excuses. 2. Cleanliness is not acceptable. Dust is easily found, especially in bathroom. 3. Working people in front desk are not nice. Whenever I plan to travel, I make a choice of hotel listed in Expedia.com, which has always given me a good experience. But, this hotel doesn't. I am not going to use this hotel forever.

Everything is good, the shuttle bus service is very useful. Buffet breakfast quality needs improvement.

Best location in Causeway bay hands down. Bear food half block away and close to sogo and Times Square. Better than parklane location wise. Good staff.. will stay here again.

Staff and management were the worst i have experienced in 30 years of traveling all over the world and especially HK. Management refused to so the bare minimum that any other establishment would have been happy to do. They refused to refund what they categorically knew was a booking error from me when i booked a one night stay on the wrong date. Even when i was staying at their hotel for a further 6 nights they refused what would have been no problem anywhere else They put the blame weakly on Expedia which you should be aware of. Pretty silly when i was considering staying one to 3 months You have to wonder what Aaron Lee and Rava Partners think of this behavior Totally unacceptable that i wasnt refunded for a booking error when i was staying at their hotel for 7 nights They knew all this and still refused Just greedy

Clean room, close to food and transportation. Nice access to a gym next door.
