Great hotel in a good location. 5mins walk to local MTR.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready as we were a little early however we were surprised by a wonderful upgrade to a Suite.
The room was excellent! Nice modern decor with plenty of room and seating area. Bathroom was big and nicely decorated too.
The only downfall was found the aircon system very difficult to set.
Upon departure the hotel concierge helped us prebook airport taxi.
Very efficient and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to a HK policy of no use of plastic - there was no water in the room which if you come in late after a long travel day and wake up and need water there is nothing. They need to put in place a system that other hotels use which is to use reusable glass bottles and have an on-site UV water purifier.
