My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but unfortunately, she has since left.
On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff there were attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bell service was also inconsistent. The male bellboy who handled my luggage at around 4:50 p.m. on October 1 was rude and seemed unwilling to assist professionally
