Staff super friendly and the hotel is located in a great spot close to everything in the Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and had a decent amount of space. Pool and rooftop bar were a real plus.

The staff were so helpful and kind. The other hotel i stayed at ( la selva) had better reviews but this one was better by far. I would definitely stay there again.

I love staying here every time I visit Hanoi. The staff always remembers me as soon as I walk into the hotel.
Henry at the reception desk to Jaime, the chef in the kitchen and the girl who brings my breakfast to me in the restaurant.
The entire staff is outstanding and very friendly.
