Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Room lock out several times

Excellent staff, good breakfast and great location. The things that we didn't like so much, our room was small and have a little dust in the closet and mini bar area. Between 7am to 10am is hard to get on an elevator because lot of guests use it to go to the breakfast buffet.

Lively but not noisy or overcrowded. Room was tiny but cozy. Best was the alcove with the bed by the floor to ceiling window with remotely operated shades with a view. My one improvement would be the closet. People on the short side can’t reach the rods to hang my clothes.

Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. I would rather keep it my and my wife’s special secret. You will have to stay at Rhinoceros to discover this treasure. My complements to the Fendi's.

Food quality was excellent, service was excellent, staff polite and professional - I can’t really find any faults for this hotel - I would fully recommend this hotel and will be sure to stay here again when I’m next in Rome

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic hotel! The location, the staff, the breakfast, the rooms. We could not have asked for more. Special thanks to all the staff that made our stay so perfect. Five stars.
