We had an amazing stay at Hotel du LAC Signature. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained and the location was fantastic, with many eateries and famous sights within walking distance.
What stood out most was the staff, led by Hotel Manager Mr Thomas, Customer Service Manager Rose and their team, including Aiden and Tracey. They were very warm, friendly and helpful and took the time and effort to remember each guest's name, always greeting us and talking to us. This very personal approach is so unlike other hotels which we have stayed in over our years of travel all over the world. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Hanoi.
