We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

This is our favorite hotel in Vietnam. We try to stay at the mid price point places and this really delivers value for the price.
The staff is consistently great. We can see good hotel management at work
The property is wonderfully decorated. Little details everywhere. Very pleasant
Location is a block from old town Good home base for exploring the city
Breakfast is very very good. A lot of choices including non-Buffett options
We have stayed there three times and won’t go to Vietnam without staying there again
