The deluxe sunset overwater villa has amazing view and the response from the staff via the resort app is prompt, the rooms are cleaned and tided up in professional manner, but it takes some time to have warm water from the shower, it is a bit difficult to adjust the temperature of the water, either too hot or not hot enough and the water pressure could be higher. Most staff are nice and friendly, except one or two catering staff. Most of them greet with friendly smile even when walking past. Food was amazing, especially in ocean, food variety was great, the chefs are friendly and helpful. But it is a bit too warm in the restaurants and bar, air conditioning could be improved. The dolphin viewing cruise and snorkelling with sharks are both once in a lifetime experience, highly recommend to others. The response of the resort via email before arrival could be quicker. Would be better if details of different meal plans and restaurant menus can be sent as reference without asking. We overall had a wonderful stay at Centara Ras Fushi.

酒店整體來說各方面都很好，由於是2025新開酒店，各項設施很新，衛生及環境滿分，職員的服務均滿意，介紹入住員工Fumald及fitness center嘅導師都很親切友善介紹及指導，謝謝他們為我們留給美好體驗及回憶。

酒店靠近沙灘,附近也有商店和餐廳，職員十分友好,最出色是安排浮潛的人員，很專業也很懂得控制氣氛,令人樂而忘返.

It was a wonderful stay at Velassaru. Everything was perfect. The staffs were caring and professional. Foods were plenty and delicious. We especially enjoyed the excursions such as dolphin discovery and shark snorkelling. Highly recommended !

The resort is already open for 45 years, which is the oldest resort in Maldives. Yet old doesn’t mean old fashioned or not being competitive, their flexible operation really brought us a wonderful trip in Maldives. You may not like to listen to the sound when the aircraft passes by cuz it is very close to airport, it makes you more than satisfactory in other ways. It’s a nice yacht to drive u from airport to the resort. The staff is nice when showing u around with a golf car. Everyone is helpful in the resort. Originally we should have only booked 4 nights, yet hk was having typhoon and we have no choice but to delay our flight. We were so frustrated of not be able to find a place to stay. Yet the resort assured us immediately by saying we could extend the nights even we are not sure how many nights we need to extend. They did their best to correspond our arrangement and allow us to pay the rent after our stay. They will organise some complimentary event for the guests like yoga class, painting class or even cocktail party for free... they may not be the most beautiful, spectacular resort in maldives but they are no doubt the warmest staff i have ever met! Really appreciate your hospitality

这家总体印象不错，因为晚上到达比较晚，酒店接机安排衔接很好，小黑跑上跑下的张罗让我们很快入住酒店。然后就是湿毛巾、迎宾饮料什么的。下次还去住。

作為中轉過渡酒店 對這裡很滿意 環境乾淨衛生寧靜 酒店門外就是沙灘雖然我沒時間閒逛也只拍了幾張照片而已 我是晚上8點多航班到埗 然後小哥在機場接到我們後不到10分鐘車程就回到酒店 到前台跟他們說了我第二天要去的渡假村名 他們就幫我打電話給渡假村安排水飛時間 第二天大早7點就要出發去水飛碼頭集合 因為酒店本身的早餐安排或者附近的coffee shop基本都是7點開門 前台哥哥知道我們要準備出發提前半個鐘就把早餐給我

對比其他酒店算理想，感覺是乾淨而且服務十分好，當時我們的行李落機時已經破損，所以他們推得相當吃力，而且我們是晚機到，我們因為行李問題一直未能到外面找接送，幸好酒店職員十分盡責，先送其他客人再回頭繼續等我們
