Very convenient location by Sapporo Clock Tower and Odori. They have friendly staff. It is the perfect spot in Sapporo. Beds are very nice and there is an onsen at the top floor. When we changed rooms to the 17th floor the bed base and the carpet were stained. The first room we stayed in was nicer. The air conditioning sometimes does not work and needed to be adjusted.

Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely left quite a good impression.
The hotel area is huge with a wide variety of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Very accessible to the downtown district of Sapporo.
The only negative would be the view from the room. Many of the rooms I presume would be facing the inner yard, i.e. the windows of all the rooms next to, below and above your own room.
