I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I had a problem where I needed to extend my stay and Jess the receptionist made the process very easy for me. Jess was outstanding! This hotel is near an area under construction, but other than that the hotel itself is wonderful, a fair price, and very spacious. My wife and I had an amazing time here!

The location is excellent, staff are very professional and helpful. Stayed in junior suite, large room, quiet aircon, quiet from any street noise and very comfy bed. It’s an older colonial style building but we enjoyed that charm, rather than sterile hotel. Pool is adequate for a cool dip. Highly recommend.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. My room was very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the day spa was incredible.
Over all an excellent stay, if I return to Hà Nội I will come stay here again!
