Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. Could not fault it. Would highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars all round 👍😊

Beautiful apartments and lovely staff, welcoming but not intrusive and the apartments had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There is currently construction around the hotel which might be a bit noisy if you were just wanting to relax by the pool all day but couldn’t hear it at all in the room. Grab was always there in less than 5 minutes to go anywhere, and breakfast has a great selection!

We booked two rooms at the Aira for six nights. Before we arrived we needed to extend the stay, and the team took care of it with no issue at all. The communication leading up to the trip was great, which got things off on the right foot. The staff helped us out at every turn. One morning they sewed a button back onto my son’s shirt, and Christine booked us a trip to Halong Bay that included private transport. It made a real difference. The rooms are clean and have a lot of character. The streaming boxes were a nice touch, and the AC was quiet and worked well. Breakfast was great, and the SkyBar was a good way to end the day. There’s also a pool and gym on the 7th floor, and the pool was refreshing. We’ll be back.

Wonderful, friendly staff made our stay truly memorable and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the Old Quarter, yet it’s still within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and many historical attractions. Having stayed at five-star hotels around the world, we can honestly say that the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality of the staff at the Apricot stood out as some of the best we’ve experienced. One thing future travelers should know is that the Apricot is a historic building, so it offers a charming boutique hotel experience rather than the feel of a large international chain like Marriott or Hilton. If you appreciate character, history, and personalized service, it’s an excellent choice.

Rooms were clean with wooden flooring and beds were spacious
