The hotel was wonderful.Free laundry room with all supplies needed.The room was large.Buffet was excellent.They do not serve dinner but there are great restaurants a few steps away.Also a 7-11 and Starbucks across the street.It was perfect.Subway station right there.When you call Didi they were there in 2 minutes.A short ride to most historic sites.

We came to Beijing for the first time and based on reviews I booked this hotel. The staff were lovely and everything was spot on. Room was amazing, location was great, breakfast was good. If you’re coming to Beijing definitely stay at this hotel, you can’t go wrong.

The hotel has a convenient location walking distance to the Forbidden city, TianAnMen Square and many malls. however the room is out of date. A major drawback is strong and disgusting cigarette smell even though our room is supposed to be smoke free. Another major drawback drawback is the terrible bathroom layout. The room has no single bathroom——- shower, tub, sink, toilets are scattered at different corners of the room, not combined as one unit. That means after you walked out of the wet shower stall, it is directly the big bedroom. There isn’t a dry, private transition area to change and keep your clothes dry. Last but not least The property description was very misleading. It says the one bedroom apartment sleeps four people, which leaves you the impression “the room must have a bed and a sofa bed”. but in reality, it only has one bed. when I was trying to clarify via messaging with the hotel host, she kept dodging the question by saying “you can sleep as many people as you want but there is only 1 bed”.

Overall a decent hotel for the price however the front desk team could use more training. While we were checking in, the person who helped us had to sneeze and she used her hand to cover her mouth. There was no wiping or hand washing.. she just took our passports and continued her work! It was quite gross!
