We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

We really had a pleasant time at ENA Namdaemun Seoul for 5 days! Room was clean and well equipped. It was very spacious for 4 of us. Staff changed towels, made beds and replaced water bottles everyday. Especially the staffs in the lobby were so helpful and courteous. Also, we got so many excellent tips it made our trip more pleasant! Totally recommend ENA Namdaemun Seoul! Thank you so much for helping us to make a very memorable trip! We sure will be back! Great place to stay near subway station

Beautiful location right next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous spacious room with beautiful city view. Loved loved loved the amenities.

Seri was great. Highly responsive to my needs and easy to communicate with, fast responses. Will come back again

Don’t expect something fancy but it was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and hard working.
