Mekong Delta Ski Holidays

We fully enjoyed our few days at this hotel - the beach facing huts have all required facilities and are very clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and keen to help. The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view including fireworks display every night. Large and spacious room with small kitchen. But would have been nice if kitchen had better amenities like coffee maker, toasters and basics to cook simple meals with. The check in was confusing and transportation not provided as mentioned with Expedia VIP on the arrival but was provided on checkout. Apparently you have to stay 3 days to get the transportation included but that’s not mentioned at all with the booking. Also, pool in building was closed without any notice but provided access to pool next door. Overall the location and beautiful room made up for these small inconveniences.

Views were fantastic from room. Room size on the small side, not enough table surface to put our stuff. Hospitality/service is EXCELLENT, young crew, but so warm and friendly. Location very central within Sunset Town, easy walk to most attractions.

The room was always clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff's work. As for the rest of the staff, they should be trained in customer service. Nobody says good morning or good night, or even smiles at anyone. This made me feel like they work under a lot of pressure.
