Extremely disappointing stay. The room was poorly maintained and cleanliness was a serious issue. The bathrobe was dirty, the bed was not properly made, and the bedsheet was stained/dirty. The towels were damp, dirty, and appeared to have been reused. When we requested fresh towels by phone, staff refused. Even after bringing the towels to the front desk/physically showing them, they still refused until another staff member intervened.
The hair dryer was broken and sparking, creating a serious fire/electrical hazard, and I was actually burned while using it. After housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room, there was still hair all over the bathroom and bedroom floor.
Later that afternoon, we returned to find a broken window hanging off the wall, which was extremely concerning from a safety perspective. There were also repeated noise disturbances, including loud movement around 6 AM.
Overall, the room felt unsafe, unclean, poorly maintained, and the response from staff was unacceptable. This was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a hotel.
