The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Everyone was friendly, everything was clean, and the hotel is in perfect proximity to literally anything and everything!! We loved our stay and will be back!

The hotel was overall a pleasant place to stay. The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The food was also good and enjoyable.
However, the room was disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out and sagging in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were also uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom was surprisingly small, to the point of being quite impractical.
While the service and location were definite positives, the comfort of the room needs significant improvement.

After staying in New York City many times, this is probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and Location was excellent. What really made this place great was the morning breakfast staff and the evening happy hour staff. Specifically one staff member Sonia who served the wine and attended to all the guests made this stay extremely amazing. We met so many nice people and the staff made this stay extra special. I would highly recommend this location to returning New York visitors or new visitors as well.
