Room was great! Great location! Excellent staff! What else do you need? The only recommendation would be to ask people their next destination that way you can help everyone find the most efficient way to get their. Some of us suck at Japan 😂

All the above ! And the breakfast buffet is amazing super location ! The bay view is fantastic. And hotel is an easy drive to several good ski resorts. Plus there is shopping center attached. With a good gear store . If you forget to pack something? No worries

The good stuff - ski in out location. A few food options onsite and convenience stores across the road. Good onsen and not too crowded. Tip - the air conditioning is centrally controlled so unfortunately the room was sweltering. The best option is to turn it off near the bed and open the window a little. Take the free gondola to the restaurant up the mountain. Reasonable price and quality. The rooms are pretty dated which was a bit surprising given the price. Having stayed at the Westin across the road I was surprised by the difference.

Staff is amazing. Food was fantastic and fresh. Everywhere was clean. I added a 90 min massage and would do again. Onsen was beautiful and peaceful. I will be booking here again.

Huge rooms. Good breakfast.

Everything was lovely here. The fresh flower smells all over the resort. The plentiful food options, all top notch. We loved the indoor lap pool and of course the onsens were just spectacular. Thank you so much for and amazing and authentic Japanese experience

Everything was lovely except the room was super warm with no ventilation as unable to open room windows.
