Clean rooms
Friendly staff (especially evening)
Quiet
Could do better:
Eerily dark corridors at night
No irons and ironing boards in rooms
Mediocre, and expensive, breakfast
Credit card reader at kiosk refused to accept any of my Canadian cards - friendly staff was quick to help
Very dodgy area - I would not walk around the area alone at night

I came for a 2 day visit and had a good stay. Breakfast was great and the location is within walkable distance to the Christmas market and old town. The staff were friendly and nice too!

Large rooms. Friendly staff.
Great location. 8 minute walk from train station. Huge Edeka grocery store across the street.
3 minute walk from Konigsallee.
So convenient to everything we wamted to do.
Will definitely stay there again.
