Reception was nice and polite when check in and check out. However, the room was noisy, guests from next door just talking and shouting all nights, called reception to complaint but took at least half an hour to send some people in to ask them to quiet down. Restaurant staffs were un-polite.

清潔一般，經常怱略細節位置，例如沒有清潔枱面，垃圾桶忘記套上膠袋，掛衣架部份木條有少破有木刺，廁所木趟門拉趟不順，不能完全關上。但酒店整體還是合格，泳池、按摩院、大堂、花園是非常好。

客房很好，很舒適。 職員服務很好，謝謝你們的服務。 早餐的款式很多也不錯。 外面修路有點塞車，可是地理環境也是很不錯

非常滿意 雖然離市區會遠一點 但外面就有MRT我很方便 入住期間雖然在施工但不會太吵 冰箱是中型的所以除霜會有聲音 除此之外Cp值很高 早餐很豐盛好吃 樓下有按摩跟燒肉店 熱水也很充足 棉被溫暖 更貼心的是我沒有告知生日什麼的 第一次入住 他們竟然幫我準備手繪卡片跟小蛋糕 超級好的 真的很驚喜 超喜歡

浴室洗澡水不熱也不够強浴室毛巾不全 廚房鍋具不全，

客房整潔及十分寬敞, 職員有禮, 但房間廁所沖廁水力不足需要改善, 曾担心有評價指房間面向馬路十分嘈吵, 今次住19樓高層整體十分寧靜舒服, 酒店對面新商場One Bangkok 5樓美食廣場不容錯過平靚正, 酒店鄰近MRT station出行方便, 但如要常坐BTS須注意那個轉乘站出入最便利.

由鐵路站前往酒店的路段正在進行工程 走路的時候非常不方便 不過這個當然並非酒店的錯
