Conveniently located to transportation and very walkable, many restaurants.

Wonderful location and spacious rooms. Not the most up to date amenities, however. Perfect place to stay with a larger group.

Room and bed were very comfortable, great size desk for working in front of a big window, room fridge and daily (glass) bottled water, and the bathroom was modern, with incredible shower pressure, and sparkling clean!

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet. Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

A fantastic boutique hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Comfortable room and bed. Randomly chosen from Expedia. Lucky for us! One morning there was no hot water. Likely happens as this is a small hotel. This did not affect our very positive experience. Breakfast was just excellent. Not cheap. But worth it.

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.

Liked the hotel. Reception staff lovely and friendly, hotel very handy to town centre etc. however cleanliness not wonderful, we went out for the day and came back. Toilet area def not cleaned. Biscuit packet still in the floor got the morning. Not great

Hotel was central. A boiler type noise woke us up at 6.30. It was a constant. Breakfast was adequate- service was good, sausages weren’t good
