職員很細心，從入住到退房都跟進得很好，而且還有小禮物，退房時還會詢問住宿體驗

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It takes 10 mins walk to all the restaurants and shops near central market. The hotel staff are all very friendly (Heap and Sarah were especially good). The breakfast is of good varieties and overall we enjoyed a lot in the hotel.

The hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Even after staying for several days, they still remembered the guests and would greet them proactively. The hotel’s environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Aside from the hotel’s spa, which I wouldn’t recommend, everything else was a great experience.

這次旅行住了以下三間飯店 每間都值得好評都可住 實際訂房這三家價位落在2200-2500間(三人房) 三家共通點是都位於市區、房間都很大、衛浴設備舒適、都有迎賓茶、員工都熱情專業會推薦景點 以下僅針對一些小差異簡單分享 Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa 早餐菜色普通，可果蠅不少，但房間較有飯店高級感、氣派 房間及衛浴空間都算大且舒適。 Grande Collection Hotel & Spa 飯店表示他們約2019/10開幕，很新，早餐是三間中我最喜歡的，菜色多樣新鮮好吃，但他房間空間是三間中最小的，且我住的三人房衛浴有我在河內很多地方都聞過的下水道廁味，關上廁門並抽風後會好些。 另飯店有提供spa，住客可打85折，比較窩心的是晚上11點半還願意協助聯絡腳底按摩師(大部分的spa服務都在21-22點間就結束)，折扣後算河內腳底按摩中的中間價位，但品質不錯，我個人覺得值得(此部分我是跟有名不收小費的Omamori Spa相比，Grande折扣後價位比Omamori高一點而已，但感受及服務品質好很多)。 Imperial Hotel & Spa 這間早餐是三間中的中等，口味與樣式算中庸好吃， 三人房及附設衛浴空間是此三間飯店中最大的，最重點是他的床有魔力！很舒服很好睡。飯店有提供住客7折的按摩服務，但這次沒機會使用，不然折後價位挺划算。 題外特別感謝此飯店，同行友人粗心將背包(內有護照)忘在廁所， 在我們已抵機場情況下，飯店人員非常盡力協助我們連繫司機遞送護照，並收取合理的價格，實在非常感謝2020/1/16當天協助我們的imperial飯店人員及合作司機。 在各家飯店設備條件都差不多的競爭情況下， 飯店的公關及危機處理能力絕對是我再訪及推薦的很大原因。 總結三家推薦項目 空間大：Imperial Hotel & Spa、Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa 早餐優：Grande Collection Hotel & Spa 服務突出：Imperial Hotel & Spa、Grande Collection Hotel & Spa

The villas are proper and the staff serves with enthusiasm . A really nice place to chill and relax.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, very good place in the city center, where to play is very convenient. Very clean room, delicious breakfast, staff are very friendly, very recommended to stay in this hotel, next time to Ho Chi Minh will choose here! Thank you,let me have good time!
