A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning offering a welcome drink and helping with our baggage and offering services they had.

This is an older hotel, with a very steep stairway to the front door, lucky for me the doorman saw me alight from the taxi and very quickly carried my suitcase up the stairs, if you are old or have mobility issues please be aware of this.
The afternoon tea was delightful, although quickly ran out due to the greed of other guests.
Breakfast was a huge buffet, and I also had eggs to order.
My room was on the 16th floor and had beautiful views, the bed was comfortable and overall my stay was very nice, with kind staff who remembered your name.
