Everything changes and sadly most of the time not for the better. This is my feelings on the Bellagio. From the start there was confusion with our room and I paid for an upgrade, after waiting hours and no call or notification about the room I was given a dirty room the room that I ended up with was not the cleanest. I was made promises that we’re not kept. I feel the staff was friendly, but when it came down to them making the things that were wrong right they failed. This casino was ok but I had an issue with a slot eating a ticket, it took service 3 notifications and 30 minutes to respond. The service tech was great but the manager that was called to the scene was very indifferent to the situation and acted like I was bothering her for having a stuck ticket and sitting at the slot waiting for 30 minutes. The food was mediocre at the restaurants, the room service was very good. I have to say that when we return to Vegas, we will not be staying at the Bellagio. I can’t understand why it’s so over hyped.
