Everything was great, except the hall were hot as the outside temperature. It was also weird that all the doors are open with air-conditioning on fans blowing the air around. It was comfortable, but it was weird to have everything open and then using energy to cool the place where the door is open. Don’t understand.I’m

We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!

Really wonderful and relaxing resort with 2 pools, a lovely restaurant and a bar, as well as a very lovely spa and gym. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful too. The rooms are generous in size and comfortable. The menu is a mix of traditional Vietnamese options as well as Western choices. All were very well prepared. The resort is well located and there is a small mini market right outside so easy to grab a few essentials too. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from Hoi An town and the beach, but everything is also easy to reach via Grab taxis. The Coconut boats are also easy to reach for a fun day out. Can highly recommend this place as a tranquil escape from busy city life.

The staff made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The only one issue was the food menu in all the restaurants did very too much but that was not an issue as we were very close to all the restaurants which there were many to enjoy during our stay.
