Phu Quoc Island Adventure Holidays

La Veranda in Phu Quoc Vietnam is a special place! The perfect mix of all the right B’s - boutique, bougie, boho, bliss, and beach! I went there for 3 days alone after a week long business trip in China and this place checked all of the boxes for me! Your check-in takes place at the bar with your welcome drink! The grounds are lush with greenery and exotic flowers and cleaned constantly. My room was ocean view and a huge space! I could easily hear the ocean from the balcony and I could be on the beach in less than 1 minute. The beach service was great and the security and towel staff do an amazing job of keeping everything clean and safe. I had every meal at the resort except for the last day for lunch after I checked out. The Vietnamese food I tried at breakfast and for dinner was exceptional and very fresh. The drinks were very unique and great quality. Live entertainment every night. I had a message at the spa which was excellent. Lastly, is the best reason why you should stay here and that’s the staff! I was called by name by almost every one even right after I checked in. Every request was quickly answered and they went out of their way to truly help. Everyone is happy to work there and it shows! If you want to truly relax and visit a different place, this is it!

This place is off the beaten path so I appreciated the pool and being in the beach. We left for the day and never ate lunch or dinner but they would have prepared dinner for us had we wanted them too. Their breakfast every morning was amazing. They have an egg station a banh mi station. Noodle soup station chia seed pudding salads and so much more. Croissants and other breads. The staff was so nice we loved it here. I probably wouldn’t stay for more the 2 nights given how out of the way it is but it was a great place. We got a grab to the main beach by the resorts and enjoyed the day and came back and enjoyed the pool and the serenity of the place.

The property was ok, a bit dated could do with a freshen up, it's looking a bit frade around the edges. Room was clean beds comfortable and a view to die for,top floor facing the sea. Staff for a 5 star establishment need to be more polished and where a bit allover the place, also learn to smile, food was quite expensive and not really 5 star standard a bit hit and miss, if you like resort life it's great.once you have done the attractions not much else to do. Out side the resort dozens of properties all empty like a ghost town. Couple of little mini marts gotta walk a lot further for a super market. Wasn't overly impressed with breakfast lots of choices if you're Asian or Indian. Unfortunately don't think I would stay again just not enough to do with in walking distance

We loved Cassis Cottages. It was a wonderful place to stay. The room was great, the pool and facilities top notch, the food was delicious, the setting was perfect (incredible sunsets) and the staff and owners were welcoming and the level of service was incredible. Overall, a fantastic place to spend 4 days at the beach.
