Great stay overall. The team may wish to update their terms on Expedia to ensure they are clearer for guests. Food options were somewhat limited, however the experience was positive and we enjoyed our stay.

Great room, great stay on the 3rd floor. Helpful management and staff. All my requests were accommodated. Housekeeping was excellent. Old air conditioning system in the room and minor issues on cooler nights. No microwave oven in the room.

Location is great, however rooms are dingy, dirty and ceiling leaked. Woke up to water dripping onto the carpet in a steady stream. I took a video and reported to reception who did move us without issue. The bathroom was mouldy - shower with hair and yellow stains around base of toilet. Beds comfortable.

Staff were friendly & kind.
Room was a good size and clean also having a gym & swimming pool, bar also Restuarant on site.
