Kitchen is complete with utensils and the penthouse is clean check in process is easy and the host is very pleasant and very accomodating with oir questions. Parking fee is reasonable. Love that the penthouse has 2 balconies. Thank you for making our stay memorable family of 7

We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.

Overall it was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The only thing Didn’t like is that the toilet paper in our room wasn’t brand new and it run out just before we went to bed and there’s none available in the room. Usually hotels I have been have a standby extra toilet paper for guest to use in case it runs out

Short stay on a layover back to Canada. Very close to terminal 1/2 so quick transfer to/from the airport.
Great hotel and staff! Room service breakfast was outstanding. Wish we had more time to check out the Nobu restaurant.
