Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Staff very friendly with good English proficiency. Cheaper than comparable hotels in Macau. Easy to walk to the hotel from the Macau ferry terminal. Spacious room. Overall very good.
