The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Set in a quiet leafy area about 6 kms from the city centre it was refreshing to hear the birds singing from our balcony in the morning .. Geoff & Annie from Melbourne Australia

A fantastic stay from start to finish.
Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk
John and Niko in concierge
Sophia in guest relations
Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor.
Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning.
Gym was small but with all the required equipment
Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi.
All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept spotless.
