Despite me prepaying for the reservation, they gave away my room and had no others, then sent me to the wrong hotel they said they’d booked for me instead, finally sending me to a third hotel. While they did pay for that room the late night inconvenience wasn’t acceptable

I always enjoy staying at a nice comfortable Marriott hotel. Rooms are clean and fresh, the beds are comfortable. The restaurant was a 4/5 this time, the food was overly salted, but my server was great!
