Perfect location in midtown. Te district of Chelsea is extremely pleasant especially West 28th Street which is nicknamed flower street is adorned with a plethora of beautiful florists and flower retailers. The streets are lined with a breathtaking array of dramatic plants and flowers… such an incredible sight within the city backdrop of skyscrapers.
I would strongly recommend this hotel as a contemporary, comfortable, affordable and perfectly situated place to stay and access everything NYC has to offer.

I have a huge respect for the front desk, restaurant and concierge staff. I was scheduled to move to the W after 2 nights but elected to extend my stay by : days, despite losing my deposit. The Bell staff and Front Desk was awesome and I appreciated housekeeping for our erratic hours of the need for service. I appreciated the General Manager for his ongoing check in with guest, and completely enjoyed the commitment to guests overall satisfaction. I’ll stay again next year!
