The property is nicely positioned for getting into Richmond and Delta by vehicle. It is also easy to get onto main routes into Vancouver by vehicle. I is also right beside a sky train (subway) stop. This makes it very easy for direct access to the international airport and also easy access for the city of Vancouver and all stations served by sky train.

The air conditioning worked the first day fir us. However, the 2nd day stopped. We were not offered portable fans. 5)3 front desk agent said that the air conditioning was old!

Always great front-of-house and service staff. The beds are super comfy and we had delicious room service. Th only drawback is the nightclub. We had a room on a higher floor and still felt the vibrations from the music. Kept us up until past 1 am. Other that that, we loved our stay
