I didn’t like a lot of things the bedroom was old and not clean carpet. The bathroom was so small it was hard to fit one person into it. The bathroom and bedroom need to be completely renovated.

We loved this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, but since we barely in it, it wasn’t an issue. The shower didn’t drain well, and the water pressure was REALLY strong. When I showered, there was a bit of a pool in the shower. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind with whatever we needed.
The hotel was conveniently located near MSG and Macy’s. Would stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but very comfortable and super clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, my husband and I found the bed and bedding superb.

Housekeeping caused a late checkout fee as I had three rooms I had for one night as they entered the wrong room number, and I reported it to the front desk and the young man was very rude. The room that was reported as a late checkout as my teenage daughters were in the car with me at 11 AM not staying in the room till 1 PM.

Honestly, the perfect place to stay if you plan on having fun in the city, enjoying Broadway shows, and really just want a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The location can’t be beat, though I would definitely request a higher floor room. Second floor, and you hear alllll the road noise, and it is considerable. There are no amenities, except for the most basic (soap, shampoo, body wash, two plastic cups, a hair dryer). Wish there was a bottled water option, but the bed was comfortable, the room was impeccably spotless, and for the price, it was perfect for us.
