Keihinjima All inclusive Holidays

It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids (5 & 9 yrs old). Was able to request an early check-in since our flight from LAX was early. The receptionist took our luggage since we arrive early before the requested early check-in. Room is just perfect for my family and was a joy to return to at the end of walking around Tokyo. Kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. The added washer/dryer with soap is a bonus and perfect for mid week and end of the week laundry. The mid week cleaning was perfect if you plan to stay more than 5 days. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely consider booking again.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean, except the sofa in the room didn’t seem clean. There were a lot of stains on it. Excellent location!

Metro station is convenient to every area. Kobinis store is also available nearby for wide range. Service of hotel staff is amazing. 2nd time visit and stay at the same area! Kudos!

I had a very enjoyable stay.

The room was lovely and large, with wrap-around windows and a great view of Tokyo Tower. There was a separate room with shower, bath and sink, and a "throne room" with an incredible sci-fi toilet that opened and closed when it sensed you coming in or leaving the bathroom. Since we booked through Expedia, we were told we could enjoy a free drink in the bar, but were disappointed that the only drinks offered with the Expedia coupon were wine, beer and soft drinks.

This Hotel is a must, loved it.

The experience of our stay was AMAZING it is the high light of our trip to japan recommend staying there. the resort is modern and luxurious. the staff are kind and welcoming the service and hospitality was exceptional . room (lodge) size is big with view of mount fuji. the facilities areas (cloud area) is lovely and cozy with bonfire and indoor fireplace we enjoyed hanging out there. the resort offered various activities that i recommend booking in advance (pizza making, hiking, canoe, electric bike and other activities) we also booked breakfast box that is in room breakfast recommend booking it in advance. and we had dinner in there restaurant (La carte) which was lovely. we will stay again for our next japan trip.

The Staff were very kind and accommodating to our needs! They even assisted in finding a lost phone! The room was great as well. Thank you and Kudos to the staff!

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.
