Receptionist (Polish girl) wss good very helpful. My room didn't get cleaned on my 2nd day which was disappointing. Bit of noise coming from the hallway area, but quiter than expected.

Last minute book for a layover. Convenient location to Paddington Station. Lovely, quaint hotel across from a park. Very walkable and easy to get to train and metro at Paddington Station.

Really great location getting the one bedroom apartment was spacious, it’s not glamorous but it’s very comfortable. I’m more than happy to give five stars here because the staff were amazing. It was a small bed but it was only me so it wasn’t a problem. The lounge was comfortable. There was coffee and tea making provided and it is a really accessible location and very close to the railway station with great restaurants. Highly recommend you for your next day in London here.

Great place to stay in London. Very central.
Hotel was great and couldn’t really fault it. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I can’t leave a review on the food but everything else about it ticked all the boxes. Very clean rooms, great facilities and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.
