素林北島 全包式假期之旅

房門口有那隙、洗手間放紙巾位置是爛的、毛巾又骯髒又破、櫃門又壞、衣櫃門又壞，房間沒紙巾和椅子、花灑時熱時冷。 第一晚在酒店洗澡的時候是約11:50，致電到前台叫我們等5分鐘會派人到我房間，但等到12時12分左右都沒人來，我們再打到前台又叫我們等5分鐘，今次是個女前台員工，超沒禮貌的，我想再說話但電話馬上掛掉了。。。之後等到差點睡著，自己再去試試有沒有水洗澡發現有就馬上沖，到我男朋友沖到一半又沒水了，最後我用杯裝洗手盆的水幫他沖走剩下的泡沫，我吹頭又發現風筒鬆的。。 然後到最後一天零晨12時，因為我們是要零晨兩點出發去機場的，check out前想刷牙但牙膏用完了，打去前台又是那位女服務員聽電話，很沒禮貌說他們沒牙膏的，我接著想說我昨天才問過為什麼今天怎麼沒有，但我未說完她就掛掉了電話。。 其後我到前台checkout時順便想托酒店代寄我的明信片，但那女服務員說他們沒有人會幫我帶我的明信片去郵局，我回她說：我今天下午已經問過了，你同事說有的，她說：問過也沒用，我們沒人會幫你送過去的，你放在這裡可能要一年才有機會送你的卡到郵局。 其實酒店內其他職員禮貌很好的，但就是這位女職員態度十分之差，加上酒店房內的設備品質十分差。

整潔度有待改善 電視有問題 沖涼水壓不足

Throughout my stay, Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. In conclusion, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the impeccable service delivered by Jenny and the overall excellence of your hotel. Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.
