I took my girlfriend to this hotel and we had an amazing time. It coukd not have went better. We cannot wait to come back. Great part of town. Convenient to everywhere and the staff did an amazing job. The woman at the front desk setup a fantastic birthday celebration in our room before we arrived.

The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay. There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.

The property was clean and well kept, the staff were kind and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The room has no air conditioning no TV and No refrigerator, no safe box. Just plain room
