Excellent staff , young tall thin man who served me on the desk was excellent . Very central for CBD . Disappointed that there was no bar or no info in room about WiFi etc .

Room was lovely. On one day the housekeeping was not too great but we gave feedback directly and was rectified quickly.
Overall, great location, great amenities and wonderful rooms.

Feels like there are better options out there tbh. Reception was cold and unfriendly but got things done.
Room was spacious, but duvet sheets had red stains all over. Housekeeping never came despite repeated request.
Parking was expensive and wasn’t in the hotel itself, there are better options out there which works out better for us .
Walking distance to food and shopping but will not recommend

Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.
